York Racecourse, England

One of my Architectural Design Team jobs from the 1980s. The Melrose Stand, York Racecourse, the Knavesmire, England. This was taken shortly after completion in 1989.
Horse racing was recorded at York as early as 1530 and the Knavesmire has been in use since the 16th Century. Long time eh?
I think my horse is still running!
